Case study:

Diageo

When Harrow Green purchased Interior Crafts, it knew that it had inherited a well respected and prolific little business. One of the jewels in its crown was its work with drinks giant, Diageo. Interior Crafts began working with Diageo, formerly IDV, back in 1994, providing office furniture, seating and small office works. Then in 2000 the company designed and built product development laboratories in Bishop’s Stortford along with a new 300-staff admin centre in Harlow.

Diageo invited Interior Crafts back in 2002 to refurbish four floors at its London HQ, including the showcase bar, exhibition area, staff gymnasium and notably, fifteen branded meeting rooms: the Guinness Room, Smirnoff Room, Bailey’s Room, Johnnie Walker Room, and others. The designs are subtle and do not distract, but evoke brand personality through the use of colour, product display, fittings and furniture – like the clear-glass table infused with thousands of tiny bubbles in the Gordon’s Room.
